| Summary, etc. | El marco teórico se basó en la Teoría de las relaciones humanas de Elton Mayo. La metodología giró en torno a un enfoque cualitativo, mientras que el diseño fue de carácter desciptivo. Se analizó la información mediante el model de Harry F. Wolcott. A pesar de que Puerto Rico cuenta con leyes laborales que protegen y concede derechos a las mujeres trabajadoras, aún existe desconocimiento sobre el derecho de éstas a continuar con la lactancia en el lugar de trabajo. |
