| Summary, etc. | Los factores psicosociales son todas esas características relacionadas que se presentan durante la interacción del individuo con su medio ambiente laboral. Los mismos se relacionan con la concepción, la organización y gestión de trabajo. El diseño fue de carácter no experimental transversal. E método de investigación se basó en el Modelo de Respuesta al Reactivo (Buela & Sierra, 1997). Com marco conceptual se utilizó la Teoría de las demandas y recursos laborales (Bakker & Demerouti, 2013). Esta investigación provee una escala validada con una muestra puertorriqueña de 363 participantes de tres empresas privadas y una del sector gubernamental del país. |
