| Summary, etc. | "El clima organizacional es un aspecto de gran importancia para las instituciones que buscan un continuo mejoramiento del ambiente de trabajo.El objetivo de esta investigación fue auscultar si existe una relación entre clima organizacional compromiso laboral y el rendimiento de una muestra de empleados de cooperativa de ahorro y crédito del área central de Puerto Rico.La misma se sustento en tres teorías: Teoría del Clima Organizacional de Litwin y Stringer (1968) , Teoría de los tres componentes del Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen (1991) y Teoría del Rendimiento de Campbell (1 990) .Los resultados demostraron que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre clima organizacional y los tres dimensiones del compromiso laboral ; además una relación baja pero significativa entre clima organizacional y el rendimiento ". |
