New York City-based Rogers Marvel Architects has garnered high praise for its distinctive blend of elegance, technical mastery, and civic consciousness. Rogers Marvel Architects, the firm's first monograph, showcases recent and award-winning work, from large-scale public projects such as their contest-winning entry (along with West 8 from Rotterdam) to the redesign of New York City's Governors Island to institution specific buildings such as the recently completed Westchester Reform Temple.<br/><br/>Rob Rogers and Jonathan Marvel founded New York City-based Rogers Marvel Architects in 1992. Both partners have extensive backgrounds designing significant cultural projects around the world. The RMA team includes architects, graphic designers, industrial designers, landscape architects, preservationists and digital specialists working together. These collective skills enable RMA to comprehensively develop sophisticated buildings and structures, long-term master plans, parks and urban open spaces, and furniture and products.
