Una de las necesidades más importantes para el ser humano es la vivienda. A causa de esta exigencia, la arquitectura debe enfrentarse al reto de proyectar para el individuo su espacio personal dentro de unos cánones de alta calidad para garantizar su bienestar y comodidad. Diseñar una vivienda es, por tanto, uno de los desafíos más importantes de la arquitectura; por un lado, por ser uno de los proyectos más recurrentes e importantes en la actividad profesional, y por otro, por ser el ámbito ideal para investigar con mayor profundidad en los aspectos económicos, ya que se trata en muchas ocasiones de trabajar con limitadas inversiones. |
