| Summary, etc. | Este trabajo monográfico analiza, mediante ejemplos recientes realizados por arquitectos de renombre internacional como Tadao Ando, Claus & Kaan, Seth Stein, Vicent van Duysen y Waro Kishi, entre otros, la dificultad de integrar en solares particularmente estrechos y conflictivos por su disposición y entorno, nuevos volúmenes de vivienda, que se abrazan al contexto mediante soluciones técnicas y formales ejemplares. En ellos la fachada concentra los aspectos compositivos y constructivos más interesantes del proyecto, es el rostro del edificio, un mirador privilegiado hacia el exterior, que se abraza a las construcciones vecinas para urdir la trama urbana y cerrar el perfil de la calle. |
